Rights to exploit, mine, and/or produce any or all minerals owned.
WORKING INTEREST
A percentage of ownership in a lease granting the owner the right to explore, drill, and produce minerals from the property.

The first step is to contact us to receive an estimate on your minerals. You can call us, complete an online form, or send us an email, whichever way is easiest for you. Once we receive your inquiry, we will try to get back to you with one business day.
After we receive some initial information about you, we will schedule time to discuss your individual financial needs and determine your options. This is where most questions are answered to help you understand how to best monetize your assets.
At this stage, we will gather details of your minerals to properly evaluate your property. You will receive a formal offer for you to review and share with others should you wish.
If you decide to accept our offer, we will prepare the additional paperwork and arrange all of the details for closing. This process from signing to closing generally takes 30 days. At closing is when you receive your payment in any form you choose.
